Using the Lahgog app and the lahgog.app website is subject to these terms and the privacy policy. Using the app means you agree to them.

Use

• The app is for ages 13 and up.
• You can use it without an account. An account is needed for friends, chats, the cloud copy and AI; you're responsible for your account and signing in to it.
• Some services and extras may be paid or subject to usage limits, as shown in the app before any purchase.

Not allowed

• Harassing, threatening, insulting or harming others, spam, or sharing illegal, offensive or sexual content.
• Pretending to be someone else, or sharing other people's details without their permission.
• Trying to break in, get around limits or allowances, or disrupt the service.

You can block and report anyone from inside the app. We may remove content and suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Your content

What you write and upload stays yours. To run the service (saving, syncing and showing it to the people you chose), you allow us to use it for that purpose only.

Purchases

Purchases are made through the app store, under its refund terms. A voluntary tip is a thank-you payment, not a donation, and gives no right to anything beyond what's shown at purchase.

AI and reminders

AI helps fill in details but can make mistakes; check what it filled before saving. Reminders are sent by the phone and depend on its settings (notifications, battery saving). We do everything we can for them to arrive on time but can't guarantee it.

Liability

The service is provided as is. We're not liable for indirect damage, data loss or a missed event; keep the cloud copy on or save a backup. Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months, as far as the law allows.

Changes, ending and law

We may update the service and these terms; a material change is shown in the app. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. These terms are governed by Israeli law, with jurisdiction in the courts of Israel.
